This prospective studio is actually located in Attleboro, MA, just over the border in MA from Pawtucket, RI. It is very close to Providence and other RI towns/cities and is located on the Boston/Providence COmmuter Rail Line, and thus listed for Providence, RI as well: sorry for any misunderstanding. I'm in the process of leaving my storefront studio in a neighboring town and setting up a larger co-op based space in Attleboro, MA, which would be about 1,600 square feet in a brick industrial building a few hundred yards from the Attleboro, MA Train station on the Boston/Providence Commuter Rail Line (Purple Line). The space is rouchly divided in half with one half containing a completely open area, and the other half housing two large office spaces (or small shooting areas) and a small bathroom. I would likely be building a 16x16x10 foot (LxWxH) cyc/infinity wall for shooting in, which would be a unique aspect for a non- city studio. The space is currently fairly "raw" but is in the process of being renovated. Brick exterior walls with large windows for natural light; SW and NW facing in the main shooting area. Plans/renderings and photos will be made available on request, or ask to be show the space in person for consideration. <BR> Rates would depend on the number of interested photograhers but would likely be $150-$300 for a monthly co-op usage arrangement. Rates would also be made available for daily rental.
