Huge photography studio avalible for rent!!! Full day, 8 hours, 9-6 or 10-6, $500 flat. Includes load-in and load out time. Each additional hour after 8 hours: $50 Hourly rate: 1-3 hours $100/hour, 4-7 hours $75/hour. Multiple day rentals, 10% discount on final bill. Must be consecutive. Client is responsible for all clean- up and removal of trash plus setting everything back to how it was. No equipment is included in rental. Some backdrops are available for a small fee; muslims etc. $30/ day. Must be returned in original condition. A deposit must be paid in advance, 25% of estimated total in order to hold a desired date/s. Cancellation less than 48 hours prior to rental will result in a non-refundable deposit.
