Studio Information:
The Denver Darkroom studio is available for rental when not scheduled for school use. The facility includes an 18 x 24 foot shooting space with 11 foot ceiling, multiple hot lights mounted on three overhead rails, grey muslin and black velvet fabric backgrounds, seamless paper backgrounds in black, white and grey. A vintage barber chair seves as a make-up station. Kitchenette and a small dressing room/restroom provided. Camera stand or professonal studio tripods available as needed. Silver Square Lofts was founded in 1984 as Denver's original artist loft community. The community is an innovative adaptation of historic warehouse buildings into arts- oriented mixed use development of lofts/studios, galleries, artists' work spaces, and design offices.
