Seven Tips to Making a Lasting Impression:

Have you made poor dressing/grooming decisions or unimpressive entrances? Have you elicited doubtful responses at casting calls, go-sees or auditions? Are you shy and lack self-confidence? What could you have done better to be a standout amongst the crowd? Finding the answers to these questions are the keys to unlocking the doors of your path to success.

The path that you take may require reshaping your way of dressing, your body language or attitude. It's important that you plan in advance how to make a great first impression. This means that you will have to rely on more than just your good looks to ace an interview or audition. These formal or informal interviews allow casting directors, fashion designers, photographers, and makeup artists to see you. This helps them to decide what candidates can work for their fashion campaign.

What is self esteem and why is PSCOTT talking about it?
Everyone is talking about self esteem and yet when asked to define it, we stumble searching for the proper words. Self-esteem is defined as a belief in oneself. Your confidence is the essence of your being. Who are we without self-esteem? The first and most important step in building self-esteem is to accept ourselves before we attempt to improve our look. By accepting the reality of our physical image, (your eyes, nose, lips, cheeks, chin, hair, complexion and body type) feeling confident about our looks and experiencing the positive response from others can boost our sense of well-being and empower our decision making. This provides major breakthroughs in our career path.

The effort you expend to make a decision can be wasted if you don't fully commit the sufficient time and vigourously implement it. To succeed you must be willing to allocate the necessary resources to implement your choices for your career.
