Just curious what film stock some of you guys prefer for fashion shoots.

Of course there are different emulsions, so give us a bullet point on the film stock and the qualities you like about it, and filtration. Digital trolls please go elsewhere.

I used the 400UC at my last shoot, shot in my RZ it did not seem all that saturated (I used a 1/4 CTO over a profoto head as a main light at a pool).

It did come out under the Portra label originally only as 400uc, now they created a new line of UltraColor films.

Since i started the thread, i have used nph and npz pushed in proc. a half stop but shot normal to get some bump in saturation, as seen in my lingerie shot.

I was a fuji man, but always thought kodak to be market-whoring by changing the name in product every year. I am actually going to do my next shoot for a mag (looks like Maxim) on portra 400vc. 67 baby!

i'll use hagfa b/w but not the color, it has been pretty inconsistent.
