Infinite Possibilities of New York is the vision of Founder Natalie C. Sandy. Natalie attend Morgan State University in 1996 majoring in Psychology before a tragic car accident changed her life an direction. Through this life changing experience she made a promise to god that she would dedicate her life to empowering youth. She transfered from Morgan State University and continued her studies at Adelphi University graduating in Social Science with a concentration in Psychology. Started in 2000, Infinite Possibilities was a small mentoring program at Parsons Junior High School's Beacon Program dedicated to preparing high school students higher education. In 2004 Natalie was awarded a JP Morgan Chase fellowship to attend Fordham University & Big Brother Big Sister of New York's Mentor Supervisor Certification course. Natalie was introduce to the field of developmental disabilities through working with Community Mainstreaming Associates. She now works at YAI/ National Institutes for People with Disabilities as Assistant Supervisor of their Little Neck Parkway IRA. In 2005, Natalie was chosen to represent New York as Miss New York Plus America , in the Miss Plus America Pageant. Her platform was the importance of mentoring. During her reign she spoke at youth groups, schools, mentoring organization, walked in BBBS Race for the Kids raising awareness of the importance of mentoring and was the keynote speaker for Big Brother Big Sisters of New York Mentor supervisors graduating class motivating them to continue saving lives through mentoring. She is also a proud member of Delta Nu Sorority for community service.
