Sailors often end up piss-drunk whilst on shore leave. They wake up the next day with splitting headaches and mysterious tattoos that they had consented to be applied, in the previous night whilst in alcoholic stupor. This time, they had asked for body painting, and patriotically, had the New Zealand flag painted on strategic parts of their bodies. Actors/models Richard Piscitello and Bobby Scott.
