Young Brooklyn/LES-based female photographer. Much of my previous professional photography experience has been in music (live and press-style) and journalism; I am currently working as an assistant to a fashion photographer while building up my own fashion and art portfolio as that's really what I'd like to be doing.
I am still willing to do music, events, and journalistic work, but I am primarily looking to network with other other talented people -- models, MUAs, stylists -- who are at a similar point in their careers.
Ideally I'd like to meet and network with a great team in which a successful TCFD shoot (I'll pick up the tab on expenses) will benefit all of our portfolios and we can work together on both our ideas and to fulfill each other's needs. I am way more into collaboration than micromanaging at this point -- I want to know what you need for your book too, and work together on that!
My style is much more gritty/journalistic/snapshotty as opposed to highly constructed fashion shoots; much more i-D/Dazed/Nylon/Purple than Vogue. I shoot frequently with film (35mm, pola/fuji instax, toy cameras, 120, etc) but am working more and more in digital for practicality.
