I am thinking about buying this softbox.
I have a friend that is looking to trade me some work in exchange for this softbox.

He also has the octagon box too of the same type.

This is what it looks like ( looked it up on line)

anyone have any thoughts?

I have bowens gemini 750's so the lights should fit.

any thoughts?

Would this box be much different than a regular softbox one would buy on ebay for a bargain price?

For sure, it's going to be heavier and more durable than the cheaper versions. I did learn from the Alien Bee stuff I have that the grid definitely helps with stray light getting into the lens and all across the background.

But the fact is, that's one pricy softbox.
